First let me say - Edibles have come a very long way since the days of brownies that taste like they have some lawn mower clippings in them, or cookies that were hard to eat and didn't do much.

In the last episode, Ticket To Ride!, I talked about some new cards or crutches made up for the 55 Trips Tour.  How I incorporated the logo that my Brother made for me and included a few hidden items in the card.  It is 55 squares representing each trip around the Sun that I have taken, currently on my 55th Trip.
Taking the 55 Trips Tour to Mainland America.  With the ending in Texas for my Birthday - 12/23.  By the time you hear this I will already be on my journey.   At the time of this recording all I can say is I have a lot of people to see in a short amount of time.  I have not booked a single gig yet, but I am packing my gear and "going for it"!  
A few dreams I want to make come true and a few wishes I would like to grant!

New Number 17
Recently the VA released information showing a decrease in Veterans Suicide.  From 22 down to 17.  Of course the day I read this information was a day when a Veteran was discovered dead from suicide.  Not too many people felt sorry for this guy because a few days before he shot up a bowling alley and a bar.  But when I read about it I instantly thought "another Veteran Suicide".
Mental Health effects everyone.

I remind myself as well as everyone who listens – talking saves lives. 
It takes courage to talk.  It takes strength to talk.  Having problems doesn’t make you weak.  Everyone has problems.  Talking will help.
Remember that your thoughts are just thoughts.  You can change your thoughts.
I am continually reminded of the importance of talking.
